1. Is this specific product in stock?

All Upcycle with Jing jewelry are made to order. Due to the nature of our business, we can only make your jewelry when we receive your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your jewelry to be made.

 

2. Is your jewelry water resistant?

Yes, they are indeed! But of course, I wouldn't recommend you to go swimming with your Upcycle with Jing Earrings on.

 

3. What are your return/excange policy?

Within 14 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please contact me to let me know what issues you might be having with your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.

 

4. Do you sell wholesale?

5. How can I track my orders?

Sign in to your registered account and you will see a Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order.
