These earrings rely heavily on nature with their PET upcycled white hydrangeas captured at the base of the hanging chain. They feature beautiful gold-toned leaves that match both the chain and the ear hooks.

Anything you order at Upcycle with Jing is made-to-order. Your order will take anywhere from 5 to 7 days to be produced.
I first collect PET plastic bottles from the streets or event venues of Helsinki. Bottles are then washed, sanitized and prepped for my jeweler’s studio where I, Jing, personally work on your order.
1. Keep away from moisture. Moisture is the main factor that speeds up the tarnishing process.
2. Remove jewelry when sleeping/before doing any exercise.
3. Allow perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing.
4. Store in a closed box.
Due to the nature of handmade-to-order products, our production time will be 5-8 days after order. It might end up 1-5 weeks until you receive them, depending on where are you based.

Returns We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at jing@upcyclewithjing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
